Brenda Kouwenhoven
Brenda Kouwenhoven
Brenda started her career in professional liability insurance as Risk Manager in 1988, visiting hundreds of Florida law firms providing on-site risk management services. She was an underwriter as well, working with law firms directly to assess risk and price accounts appropriately. She authored numerous articles on risk management, and has conducted or participated in dozens of continuing legal education seminars for lawyers and legal administrators on the subject of risk management. Brenda holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Florida State University.

Brian started his career in professional liability insurance joining RUMGER in 1989 as their first sales representative and in 1992 was appointed Sales Manager of a team of five representatives. He was directly responsible for a $12 million book of business for the company and remained in that position until the RUMGER portfolio was purchased by a major national insurer. Brian holds a B.S. degree in Risk Management & Insurance from Florida State University.
Linda Sonsini
Linda Sonsini
Linda joined Kouwenhoven & Associates, Inc. in June of 1997. She has specialized in Lawyers Professional Liability Insurance since that time, with only a brief break in the early 2000’s. She has helped hundreds of Kouwenhoven & Associates clients navigate the complicated application process, providing the advice necessary to complete the process of purchasing professional liability insurance. In her off time, Linda enjoys travelling, golf and spending time with her two Siberian Huskies.
Kevin Kouwenhoven

Kevin is the oldest son of Brian & Brenda Kouwenhoven. He followed in his father's footsteps, and also obtained a Risk Management & Insurance degree from Florida State University. Kevin spent the first 5 years of his career working as a producer for another local insurance agency selling/consulting on general property & casualty insurance for business owners of all types. He enjoys getting to work within the legal industry these days, and is eager to help our law firm clients. In his free time, Kevin enjoys traveling, playing golf, spending time with his family, and taking his dog Tank on walks.
Tracy Schrager
Tracy Schrager
Tracy is a technology/software-loving, movie-watching, family-oriented person who also happens to be a licensed insurance agent. Our agency has a particular focus on law firms, and she understands the unique risks and challenges that come with this industry. Tracy enjoys specializing in Cyber insurance, and as such, we like to refer to her as the “Cyber Queen” here at Kouwenhoven & Associates. Although, she prefers “Queen of Everything”.

Amani Burbage
Amani is the newest member of the Kouwenhoven & Associates team, and we are very happy to have her! She is a Tampa native, who attended the University of Central Florida, receiving her degree in Business & Public Affairs minoring in Political Science. Amani loves helping our clients with their professional liability needs. Outside of K&A, Amani loves giving back to the community by organizing charity events & benefits. She is an avid reader, passionate dog mom and world traveler.
Madisyn (Madi) Fasano
Madi is a true Florida native, born and raised in Orlando, FL. After attending school in Gainesville, FL, she has returned to her roots here in Orlando to become an integral part of the Kouwenhoven & Associates team in March of 2022! Madi thoroughly enjoys helping people, and it truly shows in her devotion to giving our clients the customer service EVERYONE deserves. When she is not helping our clients navigate the complex waters of legal malpractice insurance, Madi enjoys art, music, film photography, and creative writing. While she may have never learned to whistle, or do a cartwheel, she certainly does a great job at servicing our clients. AND, did we mention she has a pretty awesome vinyl collection?!
